Hi Senuri, this very insightful question you're asking from me as "Work-Life Balance & Well-being" is more proactively connecting to employee relation due to the practice of managing work responsibilities and personal life in a way that promotes health, happiness, and productivity. It involves setting boundaries between work and personal time, ensuring individuals have enough time for rest, family, hobbies, and self-care, while still meeting professional demands. Achieving a good work-life balance helps reduce stress, prevents burnout, and improves overall well-being, leading to greater job satisfaction, enhanced focus, and a more fulfilling life both at work and outside of it.

      Within our organization (Apparel), the following opportunities have been provided to enhance 'Work-Life Balance & Well-being', Our CEO is actively involved in this matter and receives quarterly updates through Town Hall meetings or team meetings.
