It involves setting boundaries between work and personal time, ensuring individuals have enough time for rest, family, hobbies, and self-care, while still meeting professional demands. Achieving a good work-life balance helps reduce stress, prevents burnout, and improves overall well-being, leading to greater job satisfaction, enhanced focus, and a more fulfilling life both at work and outside of it.
