For organizations to be competitive in the market, investments should be done to flourish a positive employee relationship in the culture of the organization which in turn would lead to a competitive advantage. Nevertheless, organizations has to face many challengers to maintain a good employee relation. What challengers do you see and how could these be mitigated?
